I use Cinema 4D (R15), 3D Studio Max (2010), After Effects (CS6) and Photoshop (CS6).
"Does one need to know how these programs work to follow the tutorials?"
I will do my best to explain the basics of these programs first through tutorials, in a way that beginners will know how to operate the programs as well.
"How difficult will the tutorials be?"
That'll depend per tutorial. Some will be advanced, some will be for beginners. I'll grade my tutorials accordingly and will label them as such, so it'll be easy to find what difficulty you want.
"How will you make the tutorials?"
I'll start with simple print-screen tutorials, as I do not have a screen-recording program right now.*
"What kind of tutorials will you be making?"
Any I feel like I suppose. It could be original content, it could be my personal twist on existing content.
"Are you saying you'll be taking existing tutorials?"
No no, nothing like that at all. I've learned most of my skills through tutorials as well, so I'll be using the same kind of exercises and explain them in my own words.
"Would we have to pay for any tutorials or content?"
While the idea would be nice, no. I don't think it's fair to charge for simple tutorials. However I do hope to work on paid commissions later, or have a simple donation section. But that's out of the question for now.
